Cancellation Policy
A 50% refund will be made upon written notification by December 1, 2008. Exhibitors who fail to attend will forfeit their entire fee.
Logistical Information

All booth locations are limited and are available on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Exhibitors do not have the option to pick their location.

Confirmation of an exhibit is not secured until payment is received.

Load-in must occur on the afternoon of January 27, 2009 and load-out occurs immediately following the conference on January 28, 2009.

Any shipping, handling and storage charges are at the expense of the exhibitor.

Conference organizers reserve the right to limit exhibit materials/participation to ensure diversity of exhibitors and adherence to conference themes and standards.
